Women
and Movement

Movement is the key to health, and healthy families are our goal. As part of our commitment to creating safe and effective training sessions for all ages and stages of life, we have the following programs designed specifically for the female body to get fit and stay healthy.

Track 1: Yoga and Flexibility. You will be guided to move your body through all ranges of motion to keep your mobility.

​

Track 2: Aerobics and Strengthening. Each muscle group will be activated.

​

Track 3: Weight training and Toning. Resistance training, focusing on strengthening muscle. 

​

Please call to reserve your spot. Payment for classes can be made at any time before your first session begins.

2025 Spring Fees

$25 per session

OR

$160 per month per track

$300 per month for two tracks

$400 per month for all three tracks
